The hotel is very modern and well maintained. the staff made the lounge available after check-out. they attached a forgotten item to my luggage, i appreciated this. i highly recommend staying here. The service was excellent.
the windows in the room do not fully open, i found this inconvenient. i was unable to fully open them for fresh air. this limitation affected my overall comfort .

The location is in the center, near the main street and the sea. everything is within walking distance, i found it very convenient. this made exploring easy. I could access many attractions.

the room was spacious, cozy, and luxurious. the hotel provides hi-tec panels either side of the bed. these control lights, curtains and the do not disturb sign, it was a great modern touch.

The staff was helpful and cooperative. they made sure my needs were met, i am grateful. i received prompt assistance whenever i needed it. Their responsiveness was great.

the location was acceptable. it was near shops and restaurants.
The wifi barely worked. i needed to use internet and it was a problem. also, there was only three sockets in the room. Not enough for all my devices.

I appreciated the location. It was very walkable to many restaurants, cafes, juice places, museums and shops. it was also very close to the beautiful sea. the room was clean, a detail that really stood out to me.
There were only three sockets in the room. That was not enough. it was a minor issue, but it was a bit inconvenient. i think that the hotel should have more sockets in the rooms.
